Under the supervision of the Director of Finance this full time position is responsible for preparing and processing resident billing, accounts receivable / payables and assistance with bi-weekly payroll for the District of Kenora Homes for the Aged and Community Support Services. In addition this role will be responsible for general administration duties such as but not limited to office reception, scheduling of common/meeting rooms and IT support.

Interested candidates will possess a degree/diploma in Business Administration together with a minimum of three years office experience in a computerized environment. Along with excellent organizational, communication and computer skills, the applicant must be a team player who has an interest in working with the elderly.
